This document governs access to and use of the CMC Abogados S.A.S. (“CMC” or “the Firm”) website, available at cmclex.com. By browsing or using this site, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the site.

These terms govern the relationship between CMC and users who access the website. Use of the site implies full acceptance of the conditions described herein, in force at the time of access.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from the use of the site shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Medellín, Colombia.
